Cour privative. Piscine à 20m, rivière à 50 m. Canoë, paddle à disposition.. Nombreux sites à visiter (Merle, Rocamadour, Padirac, Collonges, Beaulieu, Salers..). La Xaintrie est une petite région bénie pour la pratique de la pêche, randonnée, vélo (route et vtt). Possibilité accueil groupes (max 8 pers).

Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Bonjour je me présente : Logis des 4 fées, situé sur la commune de Sainte Nathalène à de 6km de Sarlat, , accès rapide à de nombreux châteaux ,grottes et plages de la Dordogne, Je suis niché dans un écrin de verdure de plus d 1 h à , la maison de 65 m2 entièrement rénovée en mai 2022 , possibilité de louer sur demande des canoës ils sont destinés au logis ou de profiter entre oct et avril d’un bain nordique privé sur réservation

Cette paisible demeure avec piscine partagée est implantée sur un parc de 6000m2 situé à l'entrée d'un hameau. Le centre ville se situe à 850m à pieds, 2500m par la route. La majorité des centres d'intérêt du Périgord noir se trouvent quant à eux dans un rayon maximum de 20 min. Un barbecue vous permettra de profiter pleinement des extérieurs pendant que les enfants s'amuseront sur les jeux présents. En tant que nouveau propriétaire, je vais m'efforcer de faire évoluer positivement le lieu.
