The house is perfect for going to Lucca Comics by train. It is close to the station in Piazza del Mercato, the beating heart of Viareggio, a few meters from the sea and surrounded by the best restaurants and pastry shops. Perfect place to fully enjoy the Viareggio carnival by walking comfortably 200 meters away is the beautiful pine forest. 200 meters from the promenade and beaches 100 meters from the port of Viareggio 50 meters to the supermarket, 300 meters to the station.
