Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

@collecottage is AirBnB as it was intended. Located near the village of Colle di Compito. The cottage is very private, protected from view by hedges. Conveniently located just 30 km from Pisa airport, the cottage makes a great home base for various day trips: 14.5 km to Lucca; 39 km to the beach of Viareggio; Florence or Volterra are an hour away. There is a bus stop a short walk from the cottage and the nearest train stations are Altopascio (12km), Lucca(15km) & Pontedera (16km).

"Gipsy Maisonette" Country Cottage

Located in a rural setting but only 6 km from Lucca, Gipsy Maisonette is a starting point for discovering the surroundings, nature trails or visiting nearby cities. It is a 3-story tower house with a special wooden staircase. It has a relaxation corner with sofa and equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet. On the 3rd floor there is a spacious double room in an open space that can accommodate up to 3 people with 1 double bed and a single bed.

Our cozy and romantic cottage is located at the foot of Mount Altissimo, just 25 minutes from the sea. Perfect accommodation for those who love outdoor sports, nature and art, without sacrificing the sea of Versilia. P.S. The annoying bell bells mentioned in some reviews were finally turned off at night. In Azzano, the only working phone service is TIM. Wi-Fi can be found at the Michelangelo restaurant bar just a short walk from home.
