We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.

The 115-square-meter house (which could accommodate a maximum of 8 people) is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed, a full bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and an outdoor courtyard where you can enjoy lunches or dinners outside; on the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one with a balcony) and a full bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi.

It is located in the central district of Viareggio and convenient to reach every corner. In just 20 minutes walk you can be on the seafront. By car or bike 10 minutes. Station 10 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

With a large garden, it is 900m from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, a seaside town 20km from Lucca and Pisa and an hour's drive from 5 Terre and Florence. The house has a double bedroom, one with bunk beds and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, electric oven and microwave and equipped with Wi-Fi, 40" smart TV, washing machine, barbecue in the garden.

My house is a cottage divided into two units. I live in one, the other is at your disposal. We have recently restored this part just to host travelers. It is a very functional house, with a large kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, microwave and of course a fridge, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small bathroom, a large living room with fireplace. We have a beautiful garden, with a part reserved for you with a table and chairs for eating.

The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.
