It is located in the centre of Calci, in Val Graziosa and is easily reached both by car and motorcycle. Nearby you will find restaurants, wine bars, groceries and you can also visit the beautiful Certosa di Calci. It is 10 minutes from Pisa, 20 minutes from Lucca , 1 hour from Florence and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast.

A spacious two storey house with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioned), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a nice little garden for summer barbecues and “al fresco” dinners. It has just been nicely re-furnished. We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.

Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Modern furnishings, with all the comforts. It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking inside the property and on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

With a large garden, it is 900m from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, a seaside town 20km from Lucca and Pisa and an hour's drive from 5 Terre and Florence. The house has a double bedroom, one with bunk beds and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, electric oven and microwave and equipped with Wi-Fi, 40" smart TV, washing machine, barbecue in the garden.

My house is a cottage divided into two units. I live in one, the other is at your disposal. We have recently restored this part just to host travelers. It is a very functional house, with a large kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, microwave and of course a fridge, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small bathroom, a large living room with fireplace. We have a beautiful garden, with a part reserved for you with a table and chairs for eating.

The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.
