Casa Lilia è una piccola casa completamente ristrutturata nel cuore di Viareggio. La posizione centralissima permette di arrivare in pochi minuti alla pineta, alla spiaggia, alla stazione e al mercato centrale. Il parcheggio in zona è a pagamento ma a poche centinaia di metri è presente una grande area gratuita. A spacious two storey house with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioned), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a nice little garden for summer barbecues and “al fresco” dinners. It has just been nicely re-furnished. We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.

Our house of 1910 is located in the old part of Viareggio, the pearl of the Italian Versilia. The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.
