On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pleasantly warm thanks to underfloor heating and never hot in summer due to good insulation and shady trees!

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

All skylights are equipped with solar shutters, can accordingly keep out heat and completely darken.

Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Modernes Tiny House in historischem Ambiente

Unser Tiny House steht auf dem verwunschenen Gelände der "Alten Papierfabrik" in Neu Kaliß, dass direkt an einem Seitenarm der Elbe liegt. Ein einzigartiger naturbelassener Ort, um ein paar entspannte Tage fernab der Großstadt zu verbringen. Die alten Backsteingebäude sind Heimat von Wanderfalken und Eisvögeln und im Fluss kann man paddeln oder schwimmen. Mit etwas Glück wird man morgens von den Schafen geweckt.
