This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.

Charming old farmhouse in a quiet area with views of the Bellevaux valley. House ideally located close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit and the Hautes Fagnes plateau in the heart of nature. Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.

The Villa of the Savoyards

Villa des Savoyards was built in 1934. This is a 250 m² bourgeois house. The interior is cozy, very bright and warm. It is located on the hillside and has unobstructed views of the nearby environment. It is located in a quiet area near the center of Vielsalm and Lake Deer. Parking is easy. Many shops and activities are within walking distance (CenterParcs aquatic center, archaeoscope, pedal boat, pool, ravel).

Just a few steps away from the beautiful Natural Reserve the High Fens, we offer you a modern and comfortable studio, you have private access entry, a King size bed , a nice kitchen table with 4 chairs , a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rainshower and wash basin , and a seperate toilet all for you. A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.
