Holiday rentals with a patio in Viersen

The stay with Hans-Hubertus was consistently pleasant and relaxed. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and beautifully located - perfect for a relaxing break. The polite and helpful manner of the host is particularly positive. They felt welcome right away. Thank you for the hospitality – absolutely recommended!

The stay is picture perfect, with a great view of the old town. It even has a cute little balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The apartment itself is really nice and cozy, and has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this place to couples, siblings or solo travellers.

We felt at home at Florian & Joel's place. It was very cozy and the quiet neighborhood allowed you to enjoy the great weather on the balcony. 3 min walk is a bakery which was also very convenient for us. We look forward to staying with them again.

Josephine and her husband were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and we loved exploring the parks and local restaurants. It was the perfect stay.

It was super, easy check in, good contact with Tina. Accommodation was clean and exactly as in the photos. Friendly welcome package. When we had problems with our car, Tina and her family helped us with address details where we could go. Certainly subject to repetition!

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

I had very good stay. Pretty house, warm host, beautiful garden, everything is awesome.

The house was amazing. Was as described in the photo. Marcus was very flexible with check in and checkout timing. The supermarkets were walkable distance from the accomodation. Its located in the quiet location and very close to netherlands border. The house had everything we needed and lots of space for a family of 4. Thankyou Marcus for having us. It was a pleasure staying at your place, I would highly recommend it.

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Those who value the opportunity to watch television should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

This place was absolutely perfect in every way! The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning in every room was a big plus - especially during the warm days. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome snacks and treats that were provided - a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The TVs were large, modern, and great for relaxing after a long day out. Timur was an outstanding host - super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location and cozy modern ground level apartment. Super clean and you have everything you need. Beautiful views as well and walkable to the lake.

One of the nicest places that I have ever stayed in Krefeld. Beautiful views from the balcony and which was so peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed in a good location.

I had a wonderful stay in Stefano ‘s apartment.The location is very good,bus station,tram station are closed to the apartment.The apartment is very quiet,I can sleep very well ，there are lots of restaurants around the apartment,and they are very good. Everything is amazing,out of my expectations ,I strongly recommend this apartment.

Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. All the little touches also like the baby snacks & toys was lovely. Both very responsive and informative. Always happy to help whenever. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment and better hosts. It was a great weekend, in a super good and well-maintained apartment. We felt very comfortable and were super satisfied. The connection to the city was great. The landlady is very friendly.

The apartment was absolutely awesome I was on a bike tour with my children. This apartment was one of three we had on our tour. Huge old building directly on the Ruhr and thus only a few meters from the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. We were able to park bicycles in the slimmed-down garden. The apartment under the roof is huge and super modern. In the apartment, a huge balcony and outside a roof terrace where I could still enjoy my beer in the sun at 9 pm. The kids, on the other hand, watched movies on a huge TV, It was all perfect. THANK YOU We would have liked to have stayed longer. We would definitely book again for the next tour Axis....The Baldeneysee is also just around the corner
