The apartment has a bed (160x200) and a fold-out sofa bed (140x200). Parking is not possible in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi. Eesruumis suur lahtikäiv diivan, mahutab magama kuni 6 lähedast inimest. Soovi korral saab organiseerida lisa madratseid/välivoodeid. Saunamaja terrassil asub kümblustünn, mida saab kasutada. Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Comfortable apartment with terrace near the train station.

Rest in comfort at this unique and peaceful place. Near the property, 500m away is the train station, bar Hoom Amatu, Paruni Trahter, and MyFitness. Ugala Theatre is located 14 min walking. Several grocery stores are located nearby. The visitor has a spacious, private terrace where it is nice to sit and drink your morning coffee. The apartment is on the first floor where there are no stairs. You can park for free, just near the house.

Olemas on ka konditsioneer ja kamin, mis lisavad mõnusat mugavust igal aastaajal. Järv on vaid 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel ja üle tee asub väike pood. Great place to stay! There's everything you need, well-equipped kitchen. Only one minus for me personally: unpleasant smell from the water in the house. But I read about it in other people's reviews and was prepared. Very nice place, well equipped area around the house, quiet.
