Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ville-d'Avray

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

La maison est immense, avec un grand jardin très agréable. Le propriétaire est super accueillant et nous a même fait visiter toute la villa à notre arrivée. Elle peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 21 personnes – parfait pour un grand groupe d’amis ou une grande famille. Le salon est spacieux, avec des jeux de société, des chaises et des tables pour tout le monde. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Chaque chambre a un style et une ambiance unique, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus charmant. Il y a de nombreuses salles de bain, les serviettes sont fournies en quantité suffisante – rien ne manque ! C’est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre le temps d’un week-end entre amis ou en famille. Je recommande cette villa à 100 % et j’y retournerai sans hésiter !

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

Anne was an excellent host, and her place is lovely. It was the perfect size for a family of four (would be tight with more), and the building was lovely. Very convenient (5 minute) walking distance to two train stations made it an easy commute in to Paris. There were a few grocery/convenience stores within an easy walk as well as some restaurants with long hours good for people arriving jet lagged. Anne’s place is perfect for a small family or couple wanting a getaway a little away from the hustle of Paris, with easy access to the city. We didn’t need A/C, the windows cooled the place off nicely.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

Staying at Emmanuel's place was great!! It was in a convenient place, close to public transportation, and had a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive and was super helpful during our brief stay in Paris. The only note is that Emmanuel's place is up quite a few stairs, which wasn't a problem for me or my traveling buddy, but if you struggle with climbing up stairs, or lifting things (like a heavy suitcase ;) up stairs), I'd keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay at Emmanuel's place, and would love to go back again someday in the future!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. Thank you for all the hospitality. We will be back!!!

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

En week-end entre copines, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Thanom et Fred : jardin et équipements extérieurs merveilleux, tout ce qu'il fallait sur place pour cuisiner, literies au top, nous avons enregistrée l'adresse dans nos favoris et reviendrons sans hésiter. Thanom et Fred ont été super disponibles et flexibles, merci encore à eux.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We hebben met ons gezin heel erg genoten van het leuke huis die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Het is echt een familiehuis. Het enorme pluspunt is de mooie grote tuin en het prachtige uitzicht op de Seine! We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de kano’s en sub boards. Het treinstation is op loopafstand en heel goedkoop om naar Parijs af te reizen. Dank je wel voor jullie gastvrijheid en we komen heel graag nog een keer terug Esther!
