Nice independent studio located in Villennes-sur-Seine, for 1–2 people (additional fees depending on the number of guests). 10 minutes from the forest of Saint Germain en Laye, close to Paris, direct access A13/A14. Garden and Pool access Pool accessible from June to September, 10am to 6pm Free parking in front of the property, or on our property. Garden and pool shared with us and potentially 2 other guests maximum (second studio). Pricing varies by number of guests

Very beautiful house of 1800 facing the secure Seine. Private entrance. An entire apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with an extra sofa bed, for 6 people in all. 2 min from the RER A at the gates of Paris, you will be outside the world. Heated pool (from April 1st to October 31st). Air conditioning, fiber WiFi, Netflix, 2 large screen TVs, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a garden. Cameras are installed in the commons for everyone's safety.

Upstairs, the mezzanine forms the 2nd bedroom with 3 beds (double+single) and plenty of storage space. 10min walk from RER A and line J, 7mn from La Defense, 12mn from Paris.

A stay with us guarantees a peaceful break in the countryside. A pleasant setting with a swimming pool (open from July 1st to September 15th only), a terrace, and a large garden full of surprises. We are on the edge of a forest offering many walking opportunities. The accommodation is located on our property, where our house is also located. The accommodation is fully independent. It has its own entrance and exit. It is not shared with other guests.
