Enjoy our charming studio with its small sea view less than 50 m from the beach. Direct proximity with shops (bakery, pizzeria, supermarket, bar...) Completely refurbished in 2022, it has: - a living room with sofa bed (real mattress in 140x190) and connected TV with applications (wifi) - a super-equipped kitchen with washing machine, Nespresso machine, traditional coffee maker - a bathroom with shower column Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge!

Located on the beach and 5mn walk from city center, our house can accommodate up to 8 people (*) Enjoy the beach and the terrasse (fully equiped) Ground floor: one large room with living room and kitchen 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen size), bathroom and WC. 2nd floor: 2 up to 4 single beds. Basement is independant, with washing machine and dryer. You can store your beach material Private parking for one car IMPORTANT: bed linen and towels optional (10€/pers)
