My stay was great. Everything was easy. I was given all the facilities to access before check-in time and to greet me at the apartment. The stay is quiet, safe, and easily accessible. Very close to a shopping center with everything you need, close to public transport that leads directly to Gare du Nord and other metro and RER connections.

Public transport is close by. Address to keep if I ever have to come back to the area. Access to the mezzanine could be a little complicated if you have mobility issues.

David is an outstanding host — always available, very friendly, flexible and proactive in communication. He was able to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The studio is very clean, well appointed and perfectly equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable, even long-term stay. I found everything I needed to feel at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, residential and well connected by public transport. In just 15 minutes, we are in Paris, which allows you to enjoy the calm while staying close to the city. In addition, the garden outside offers a pleasant feeling of space — something rare in Paris. I stayed at David's place for a month and couldn't have had a better time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and great hospitality.

The place was also easy to reach by train and bus if you came from Paris after midnight. Due to the location to the green courtyard, you could always open the windows. A large shopping market 100 meters away left nothing to be desired or you could take your food from the pizzeria at the train station. Zina was flexible and responded to the wishes of the guests regarding beds.
