Comfortable with large windows, equipped kitchen area, bed area and a sitting area, with a small entrance and a bathroom. Very nice neighborhood, shops at the foot of the building.

Please note: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, especially wheelchair users, as the building and elevator are not designed to accommodate wheelchair circulation.

Appartement de 43 m2, très calme, traversant, lumineux au 6e étage sans ascenseur. A 3 minutes du métro Corentin Cariou. Agréable à vivre. Idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule. Le Logement propose un lit double, le canapé n'est pas un lieu de couchage. L'appartement se situe au 2ème étage (for our American friends : ground floor + 2), avec ascenseur et se trouve à 600 mètres du magnifique parc des Buttes-Chaumont, et 100 mètres du quai de Loire et du canal Saint-Martin. Les stations Jaurès (ligne 2 et 5) et Bolivar (ligne 7 bis) sont à 3 minutes à pied.
