L'appartement se situe au 2ème étage (for our American friends : this means 3rd floor for you: ground floor + 2, ), avec ascenseur et se trouve à 600 mètres du magnifique parc des Buttes-Chaumont, et 100 mètres du quai de Loire et du canal Saint-Martin. Les stations Jaurès (ligne 2 et 5) et Bolivar (ligne 7 bis) sont à 3 minutes.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a bedroom/office with a very comfortable double sized Murphy bed , a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a cozy living area with a leather sofa, TV, internet box, and Wi-Fi. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine for your comfort. In winter, the central heating runs from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The flat is close to the canal de l'Ourcq, Saint Denis and the La Villette Basin, also at 5' from Gare de l'Est and 15' from the Opera with metro line 7. There are places of interest for tourists around. Spots like Cité des Sciences, La Géode, Le Zenith de Paris La Villette, La Philarmonie, La Cité de la Musique.

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also HBOMax, Wifi, Snacks, Coffee & Tea.

Recently renovated apartment, very clean and very functional. Bright and relatively quiet for a city like Paris. This is my home, I hope you enjoy the atmosphere I've created. I always have a hard time leaving it! Located in a popular and very central neighborhood. There are all the amenities: grocery stores, post office etc. but also bars and restaurants, the canal and parks (Villette and Buttes Chaumont) not to mention the 104 art center on the corner.

Just take a drink cosily seatting in a cafe and do one of our favorite sport : look at the people passing from. With a big park just around the corner you will find some fresh air and if you like dogs it’s a doggy place. Enjoy !
