Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

It is a small peaceful cocoon, which I chose for its calm (no neighbors above, overlooks a beautiful quiet courtyard). 29 m2 on the ground floor, everything is well arranged and pleasant! Great fan if it's hot! The kitchen has just been refurbished. Bathroom with bathtub. Mezzanine bedroom area with quality bedding, fast wifi. Vinyl turntable + vinyls. Vélux. Ideal location, near the canal and Buttes Chaumont!
