here, it's a magical place. you feel like you're on a boat but without the inconveniences of pitching. The water surrounds you, the nature surrounds you and even if the sun was absent it was beautiful. A cottage that allowed us to meet up with friends (10) to spend the new year and it was perfect. The peaceful hamlet of Saint-Sulpice 9 minutes drive from Château-Gontier with its splendid Château de la Rongère overlooking the Mayenne river, a jewel of the department, is grouped with the small neighboring village of Loigné-sur-Mayenne, both forming the new municipality of "La Roche-Neuville" (names of 2 locks on the Mayenne river below). Airbnb represents this part of the house with its independent entrance on Rue du Val Fleuri parking on the peaceful street right in front of the entrance. Fully renovated comfortable ground floor + 1 floor house, with contemporary decoration embellished with beautiful pieces of antique furniture. 2 bedrooms upstairs each with wardrobes, 1 shower room with WC. Well equipped kitchen with fridge + freezer compartment, 2 ovens, induction cooktop, washing machine and dishwasher. 4 wonderful weeks with my cat. Thierry is a warm, always friendly, sociable, smiling and available host.

Margot is a very beautiful person in every sense of the word! smiling, kind, welcoming, attentive to her guests. We met the whole little family who share their joie de vivre. Even the cats are welcoming... The cottage is perfect for 3/4 people looking for peace and a corner of nature in Mayenne. We recommend this bucolic stop where we also have time to see mushrooms grow... Thank you Margot and her family! We will come back, for sure.

The accommodation was very nice, in a charming little town where spending a weekend while resting in the balneo is a perfect combo! Everything was great, I recommend it
