Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vincennes

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Matthieu was a great host, super friendly and I felt I could ask him for help if I needed to.

Great apartament, great position and connection to city centre and great host. Very good apartament for up to six persons, nice, modern, clean and in a nice safe area with plenty of good places to eat nearby. 2 min walk from M1 which takes you to city center in 20 min. Great experience overall, thank you!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Amazing space. My husband and I shared it whilst we were in Paris for a few day sight seeing and to see Beyonce. The property is 1-2-1 like the images, no hidden surprises. Cute, compact and clever. Nicely designed. Max 10 mins walk away from several key metro stations. Was in central (for example Notre dame) door to door within 20 mins. Supermarkets close by. Safe and clean area and neighbourhood. Mike is wonderful, flexibel and communicative. Would 100% stay again.

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. We will be happy to come back and recommend this accommodation. Thank you for everything.

Bernard’s place is very well located , near to public transportation, cafe and restaurant and very close to Paris. I loved to stay in his apartment which is clean and very well equipped . Thank you Bernard

This place is really lovely and I hope to stay there again. I lived in Paris for several years and already knew that Vincennes is an especially attractive town and that it's quick and easy to get to central Paris from there (metro is a 10-15 minute pleasant walk from the apartment.) I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment itself was. It's bigger than it looks in the photos. The water pressure in the shower is not great- that is the only drawback I can report. I've stayed in at least 15 over the years and this is so far my favorite.

We spent a night at Yanis' place. It was impeccable, we lacked nothing. Yanis was very accommodating regarding the check-in and check-out times as well as the storage of our luggage. We recommend eyes closed.

It’s was a great location not to far from central Paris and loos like the pictures

We (family with two children) were very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was available, from coffee to shampoo to toys, and very clean. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available to be reached. Check-in and check-out worked reliably and smoothly. The location is quiet and yet well connected, so that you can easily reach all sights by public transport. The metro is within walking distance. If the path is too long for small children's legs or after a day out, the bus stop is just around the corner.

This location looks exactly the photos. It was also the perfect distance from the 1 Metro, making travel easy. Julien gave clear instructions on how to access the property. The manager on site was helpful also. Would stay again.

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Christine’s Airbnb in Paris. It was beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic area with many cafes restaurants and bars. Christine’s apartment had everything you could possibly want for, and we felt right at home. Christine was a lovely friendly host and showed us everything we needed to know. We hope to stay longer next time!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

The room is very comfortable, clean and tidy and the owners are very nice!
