It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. Our house, in the heart of Vincennes gives you direct access to central Paris (10mn) and Disney Land (40mn). The RER A is opposite the house and metro line 1 is 2 minutes away. Vincennes is a city on a human scale and very lively, it has all the services (transport, shops, restaurants, sport). Spacious and comfortable, our house has large bedrooms with double beds, convivial living rooms, and outdoor space.

Served by the highway, metro line 3 (10-min walk) and line 11 (15-min walk) and 8 minutes from the tram, you will be in the center of Paris in a few minutes (30 minutes). We are in the eastern suburbs, next to Paris.
