From the moment we arrived Leonardo and Gabriela were just above and beyond what any other air bnb we have stayed in. They had wine, water, a huge chocolate egg and the typical Italian bread for Pasqua for us to enjoy. Fruit, walnuts, eggs….just above and beyond! The local restaurants are absolutely amazing! Some is the best food in Florence. Podere, Gualtieri for breakfast and espresso, the pizza place, S’Brino is the best gelato in the city! A quiet place that is close to everything and with views of the city that are un matched. Look no further, book this amazing paradise in Florence now!

Everything was great! Perfect location away from the crowds. But definitely recommend for families.

The house is located at convenient but quiet street, walkable to the major places of interests and there are restaurants around the house. The house is spacious, clean and nice to stay. It is great to have breakfast or coffee in the morning in the kitchen with a good view of backyard. The team responds quickly too. The only little thing is about water pressure. If you were showering while using the wash machine, the water pressure is quite low. But it is understandable and manageable. No need to worry too much.

Very nice quiet accommodation in Tuscan flair. Great complex with pool and great views. Quickly in Florence and on the roads to the excursion destinations. Definitely recommend! We'll be back. :)

Had a lovely stay at Rossella’s. Great host and easy check in. Apartment was spacious, clean , light. Huge bed and bathroom great. In great location near to train station, tram stop and bus station. Quiet and peaceful in safe street. Walkable to all the sights. About a mile to get to the spirito santo area across the river. Would recommend that as it’s so much quieter and more authentic than the centre. Right near a supermarket and central market for any food and wine etc . Would recommend this place and would definitely come again.

A fabulous apartment with a super historic. I highly recommend this very modern clean and spacious apartment. I was genuinely sorry to leave and will certainly book with Dan again should I return to Florence in the future. Super kind and sweet hosts! The apt is lovely, super clean, and most importantly, located in awesome spot. (All view points with-in walkin distances. Cool and hip neighborhood) Laura and Paolo was already welcoming us days before our trip to Firenze, texting details and etc, trying to make sure our journey is smooth.. 🥰 On the day of arrival, they allow us to drop our bags ahead of check in time and They didn’t even allow us to carry our own gigantic/heavy 4 carriers! They carried all of them to the apt. 😝 They kept checking with us if there is anything they can help.. They even arranged our taxi cap.. Carrying all our bags again.. Best hosts so far.. This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

An unforgettable stay - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time at La Dogana. Martha and Fabio take care of their guests with so much heart and attention - this hospitality is truly exceptional. La Capella was beautiful! Titti was there to welcome us and made sure we had everything we needed. This stay is in between the beautiful Tuscany country and the city of Florence. Perfect to get both experiences! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

We had the best week in Nada’s home with our friends who travelled from Australia. The villa was so cute and cosy and had everything you would need. Nada is a great host who was very responsive and extremely friendly, it was just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person. The main highlight for us was when Viola (Nada’s daughter) came to the villa and did a cooking class with us. It was fantastic and one not to be missed! We made bruschetta, homemade pasta and sauce and a lemon tiramisu. We made pasta and bruschetta literally every night after as it was just so good. From the villa we travelled around in our hire cars and saw the delightful towns/villages such as San Giginano, Certaldo, Siena, Greve in Chianti, climbed up the hill to Montefioralle, Radda in Chianti, Volpaia and the local village of Barberino Val D’Elsa. I highly recommend you visit each as all close enough for a day out it combine a couple in a day. You will not be disappointed at Casa Di Nada. We loved it 😊

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

Beautiful apartment in Florence. Located near a lot of great restaurants and walkable to other areas of the city where we went for tours. The restaurant recommendations given were excellent (just make sure you heed their note to make reservations!) easy check in/check out. The lift in the apartment makes it easy to get luggage up the stairs. AC unit in the kitchen and bedroom worked very well. Only had one hiccup during our stay when the key was changed, but it was sorted out timely.

What a perfect apartment located steps away from the Duomo! It is so close to everything, but tucked away on a charming street so it is nice and quiet and the perfect respite after a day of walking around. Spacious, chic and spotlessly clean - our family of four felt super comfortable and absolutely loved our stay! The elevator made getting our luggage into the apartment seamless. And Giulio was extremely responsive to any of our questions and made check-in super easy, even including a generous welcome gift. We will absolutely return to this excellent apartment on our future visits!

We loved our stay in this beautiful spotless apartment in Florence. It was exactly as described and in a great location that is so convenient for walking everywhere. It was well stocked with everything we needed. And had a comfy bed. We also loved the restaurant recommendations that were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Chiara and Simone’s place was spotless, beautifully organized, and just like the photos. It had all the amenities we needed for our 4-night stay. The location was fantastic, most places were within walking distance or easily reached by the 23 bus. They were accommodating with our check-in time, considering our flight’s arrival time. Simone kindly welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, and explained everything clearly. They also provided a helpful map and a list of great local restaurant recommendations. We’d be more than happy to stay here again next time we’re in Florence! :)

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

Elegant, spotless, and with a location that can’t be beaten. This place was absolutely lovely and the hosts were super proactive and responsive. I could t recommend it more. Do be aware however that the loft is not built for tall people, the ceiling up there and in the bathroom is low, but with a bit of caution for your head, it’s absolutely lovely.
