I recommend this lodging, magnificent house with thatched roof and very nice quiet place in the countryside, very pleasant for 2 people and very well maintained. I would recommend this rental. The owner is very friendly.

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

Isabelle and Alain are the most wonderful, warm-hearted hosts you could wish for—so lovely and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and incredibly welcomed. Their home in the beautiful Normandy region is a true gem. The space is filled with charm, comfort, and everything you could possibly need (and more!). From the soft cushions to the perfectly equipped kitchen and the peaceful backyard, every detail is cared for with love and intention. Normandy itself is breathtaking—a region full of history, natural beauty, and a calm that invites you to slow down and truly enjoy the moment. I found myself wishing I could spend every quiet Saturday morning there, just soaking in the peace. I super highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a magical getaway. The accommodation was very clean, in the center with all the shops nearby to do on foot. You park your car and forget about it. Spacious, well laid out with storage and more basic kitchens (type salt, pepper, oil, coffee, paper towels etc. very appreciated to have the minimum necessary) Bedding and cleanliness of the bathroom impeccable. Everything was perfect. If I had to find a fault with the apartment, it would probably be the lack of a shutter for those like me who sleep in complete darkness (but there are curtains). I highly recommend this accommodation which is very well located with convenient parking spaces. The host is very helpful, kind and welcoming. Thank you so much, we'll be back.

I loved my stay in Granville. The accommodation in the old town was great. A cozy apartment in old stone. And beautiful sea views. Super quiet environment. Not a sound. And a great apartment. I felt at home quickly. Very comfortable. In conclusion, my weekend was particularly successful thanks to this place.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I was in Caen for a conference so I didn't enjoy the accommodation or the beautiful little garden much, but everything worked perfectly. Guillaume, who I met, is a great host!

Pleasant stay at Karin's. Close to the city center and the sea. Nearby shops and a beautiful walk along the coast.

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.
