Visit us in our beautiful wine village of Obereisenheim. Our apartment for 2 - 7 people in the center of the village has a living room that is open to the top. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the gallery with a double bed. There are also 2 separate bedrooms (1 possible as a triple room), bathroom with shower/toilet and separate tub, hair dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc. There is also a bicycle garage at ground level. Parking is possible in the courtyard or in the parking lot opposite.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartet euch im schönen Teil von Unterfranken. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und stilvoll möbliert. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

The apartment is centrally located but still quiet in Volkach. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining counter with bar stools, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer as well as soap, shampoo and towels and thus offers space for 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The host provides guests with homemade honey and jam and homegrown fruit from the region at cost price upon request.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

This beautiful and bright apartment is located in beautiful Volkach on the Main loop in close proximity to vineyards and the Volkach Kirchberg. The apartment offers plenty of space for up to five people with a modern kitchen and three bedrooms. In the living room, there is a large pull-out sofa and a 43-inch TV with a FireTV stick. Perfect for a trip to the Kirchberg and Ratsherr vineyards overlooking the Main, Vogelsburg and the town of Volkach.

Stay in the middle of Volkach's promenade. Quietly stay in the center of Volkach in our newly furnished loft with up to 4 people. We have created an open living space situation under the roof. Only the bathroom with toilet is spatially separated in this apartment. On the first floor of the house is our own new wine shop, in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, bars and shops.

Vacation on the Main River

The apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking the Main River in the center of Obereisenheim is equipped with a beautiful large terrace with an awning, a kitchenette in the living area and 2 bedrooms. Optionally, the living area with sofa bed becomes another overnight accommodation. There is also a bedroom outside the apartment on the same floor. Overall, the apartment is for 2 - 8 people.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Haus am Walnussbaum

The house by the walnut tree is a tastefully furnished vacation home, renovated with building biology materials, very well equipped and in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the romantic old town and a small lake. The non-smoking house can accommodate up to six people. No parties or bachelor parties. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to protect allergy sufferers.
