Great location, very new and modern apartment. We stayed here with our 2-year old and had a wonderful time. Every room has an AC, the beds are comfy and the shower is nice. Parking right in front of the apartment. Breakfast on the large balcony with sea view room was fantastic. The price was fair. We enjoyed it and recommend this place!

It's a great place to stay. It's high, so it can be harder to get up, but it's worth it for the view and quiet. The kitchen is extra well-equipped and the apartment is spacious and clean. I recommend it all:)

Nice, clean and well equipped apartment with an amazing view. We really loved that balcony with the sea view. Good location, everything is walkable distance (supermarket on the corner, restaurants and beach are close as well). Entering in the apartment was very easy. Irena was cute and she helped us a lot. The bathroom is very tiny, and the only huge problem is finding a parking place. We were hunting every day to find a spot, but actually it’s a really big problem throughout the city. Highly recommend this apartment.

We had a super nice stay in this apartment. The communication directly before & during the stay was handled by the owner herself, who lives in the same building and was super friendly and attentive :) We definitely want to come back! … The only surprise we had when we arrived, were the many steps leading up to the apartment (4 high floors 😮‍💨 - might be that we over read this in the description 🤔), but luckily we didn‘t have a lot of luggage & thus took it as exercise 🏃‍♀️💨😃

The apartment with the covered terrace overlooking the sea is very nice and modernly furnished. You have direct access to the beach and promenade. It invites you to take short walks. It was 12 wonderful days.

My old dream has come true. The apartment is in the old town and really unique. Extremely well equipped. My husband is 2 meters tall and he slept very well every day. Conclusion: ideal for two.

Breathtaking views of the sea and mountains! This place is spotless and the host is wonderful. We had a fantastic stay. Just a heads-up that sound does travel a bit within the house, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Highly recommend!

The place in Opatija has a very nice ocean view, the apartment has all the amenities for a long stay. Lili was helpful at all times. Free street parking is available. Without a doubt, if we decide to return to Opatija, we would choose it again. It is a 10-minute walk to downtown and the sea.

It was wonderful, the appartement is so beautiful! Only thing was that the door knob started falling of from day 2 asides from that its probably the best Airbnb experience so far.

Great stay. The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed. The view is outstanding day and night, the covered balcony a lovely place to hang out. A short drive to the gorgeous Volosoko and well positioned for trips out. The roads are twisty and steep in parts, including around the apartment - recommend a small automatic car (but was fine in our larger manual one). Food was good and service friendly. Jelena was a good host - answering our questions quickly and clearly. Would definitely recommend a stay.

We felt very comfortable. Everything as described. Large underground parking space, where our bicycles could also be parked. Beautiful pool with loungers and umbrellas and a great view. Fantastic tranquility in the residential area. All in all, highly recommend!

Nice place in a quiet setting, but close to the main strip.

We felt completely comfortable in Nika's apartment. She was always quick to reach via chat and had many helpful tips about the area. Although the apartment is compact, it offers everything you need thanks to the well thought-out layout and amenities (towels, bed linen, oil/salt, etc.). We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the loving preparation - there were even small snacks and fresh fruit available to welcome us. We didn't miss anything. The location above Opatija brings a lot of peace and even a partial view of the sea. We had underestimated the ascent and descent a bit - we sometimes had to think twice about whether to take the path on foot in almost 30 degrees. However, since the significantly more beautiful beaches in the region are located around Opatija and you are dependent on a car, this was not a particular disadvantage for us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Nika and Tomo!

We liked our vacation very much! Robert’s place is very nice, exactly as described, the view is simply amazing and the apartment is well equipped! Robert and his wife were both very responsive and kind! We recommend his place without any doubts and looking forward to come back ourselves!

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

It was very, very clean and you had everything you needed and even more. The place is also relatively easy to reach on foot via a long staircase. The only drawback was the driveway, I'll put it this way: you shouldn't have lowered your car. But overall, it was a great stay.

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!
