In the countryside of San Gimignano, in an ancient fortification dating back to 1000, located on a hill with a panoramic view, rent beautiful apartment circa 60sqm overlooking San Gimignano and the Vernaccia vineyards that surround it. The apartment is located on the ground floor, surrounded by communal gardens and consists of: living / dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment was renovated recently, the floors are tiled, the roofs made of chestnut beams. Air conditioning, heating and flat screen TV are available. It is decorated with furniture style '700.
