Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Vrbnik

The apartment is on the first floor in a fenced house and has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the island of Krk. The kitchen was well equipped. A big plus was the private parking lot behind the entrance gate that accommodates two cars and a 30" SmartTV. The host was always happy to help. The beaches stretch throughout the town, and along them you can easily find restaurants, bars, and free restrooms. Novi Vinodolski is definitely a very interesting holiday offer:)

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Airbnb apartment and I can only report positives! The hostess was extremely nice and accommodating, she welcomed us warmly and was always available to us with helpful tips. The location of the apartment is just perfect – close to many sights and great restaurants, so we could easily walk to everything. The apartment itself was not only nice, but also very clean and well equipped. We immediately felt comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment and would come back anytime. Hostess is very friendly and competent. She comes across strict from time to time, but that's fine. We were looking for an apartment with a central location, to explore the island by car, so it was completely top. The decor is a bit old-fashioned, but everything is clean. The terrace is really great. Wonderful view. The apartment has everything you need. (We only missed window eclipse). We would definitely book it again next time. 👌

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Lana’s place. The apartment is walkable to the beach and overall a very great location to any restaurants/exploring around. Lana’s place is super clean there is not a spot of dirt that I can see! Which is a huge plus since I am a clean freak! I appreciate how the apartment had everything we needed: washer, kitchen, a very nice porch, and small amenities. The only thing that was missing is a small microwave to heat up left over food but overall the place was great! This apartment is located in Malinska which is a perfect spot since it is half hour away from the center of Krk with surrounding town’s that are worth to explore as well! We highly recommend Lana’s place and will definitely be come back here specifically.

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

The accommodation was clean and functional for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Cabinets for clothes were sufficient and the bed comfortable. From the small balcony, you could look at the sea, the mountains and the neighboring islands. We had breakfast there every day, with a wonderful view. The 200 steps down to the beach are a breeze, but going back up is exhausting, but doable. From the beach, you can wonderfully stroll into the town. In the evening, it is wonderful to see the sun sink into the sea. We were also totally thrilled with hiking in the Velebit Mountains. The hosts were always available and very helpful. We had problems with our car, the landlord drove us to the workshop and arranged everything.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also plenty for children - playground, large pool, kicker, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he quickly came by and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we could even check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks - very generous. He also brought cake later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and somewhat remote, the access via the mountains a bit curvy - but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

We had a great stay! The place is quietly located at the end of a road and you are on your own. The terrace is a dream, we especially liked the swing with the wonderful view. It was very clean and the apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Shopping is 10 minutes by car. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Perfect stay, very nice landlords

A really beautiful house, with an amazing terrace and in a very nice place. Very raccomanded!!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay at near Senj.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

The apartment is quite nice and we had everything we needed. It is on a mountain but that was okay because we just drove down by car to get to the sea and parked for free on the road. We had a good time.

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!
