The Golden Bear’s Lair is close to everything! Five minutes from Baylor & McLane Stadium, less than 10 from Spice Village, Magnolia Silos, Cameron Park and the zoo. 3 minutes from Magnolia Table. Fenced yard and parking. This is the front unit, so when available, both units can be rented for two families or groups. Starbucks is 170 steps away. Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom.
