The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Located on our family smallholding in rural countryside it has peace and quiet, yet is ideally placed to visit both the North & South Cornish coasts, the world famous Eden Project and many pretty villages and harbours. Landzend is a pretty annexe to the house,It has a lovely old slate floor and woodburner in the large bedroom. there is a private wetroom off the bedroom. and a kitchen with French doors that open up on to the garden.The Kichen has a hob , microwave fridge and underfloor heating.Outside is a pretty little garden with a vine,fig tree and Appletree .In Springtime it is covered in bluebells and appleblossom.
