Quiet family oriented neighborhood. 10 miles from Kiawah Island featuring beautiful beaches and some of the best golf in SC including the famous PGA course at Kiawah Golf course. Folly Beach 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 10 miles away. The interior has been recently renovated with 2 smaller bedrooms and a medium size master bedroom. The home includes a large deck for coffee and a mid size bbq grill. **Unfortunately due to a few inconsiderate guests, we no longer allow pets. *** Sorry.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. If you are looking for a beautiful, serene, and relaxing stay that’s still near the beach, book this NOW. What an absolutely incredible little getaway. The cabin itself was perfect, plenty of space for us and our toddler and extremely comfortable. The beds were great, and the abundance of windows throughout the cabin let us see the property from all angles which was so nice. Walking out on to the porch to hear the frogs and see the fish and the pond was an absolute highlight. Marie and Sean were so so communicative, and we did take Marie up on her offer to show our 2 year old the animals on the hobby farm. She is so knowledgable and kind, and we had a blast getting to meet the chickens and the cows. This location is about 45-50 minutes from Sullivan’s Island, where we visited the beach, and about 20 minutes into Summerville which has a farmers market on Saturdays and a cute downtown area. I would recommend this to anyone and I would love to come back and visit again.

This was a beautiful home and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Ayeshia was very proactive with her communication about arrival and leaving. The place was very clean and the perfect size for our family. I loved all of the amenities provided the kitchen which allowed us to make meals. The location was very peaceful, but I will say you are a good 20+ minutes away from most activities you will participate in. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The condo felt very cozy and comfortable. It was clean and well-furnished with everything we needed. The location was quiet and private, with a pool just steps away from the condo. Timothy was a responsive host any time I messaged with a question. This was our first visit to Seabrook Island, but it will not be our last. I would definitely look to book again with Timothy in this condo.

Loved staying here! This is the third place I’ve stayed in Seabrook and my favorite by far. Owner was very communicative and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable and the 2 beds/2 bath layout was very nice. I would 100% stay here again and will make it a priority next time I plan a trip to Seabrook!
