Perfect location for beach and pool/club access! Loved our stay and would rent again!

We loved our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect location for us. Steps to the beach, a bike rack right out front to store bikes for the week, playground and nest market were right around the corner. Not so far into Kiawah that it takes forever to get off the island, but was still beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen airbnb had everything we needed and more. Bed was super comfortable. Can’t say enough good about it. We loved our stay and are already trying to plan our trip back.

Everything was good. We were traveling for work, so this place was a beneficial location. However, very small kitchen, but not a big deal considering we only had 3 guests. Overall great place.

Loved our stay and we will definitely come back in the future. We’ve been to Fripp numerous times over the years with our little family and this place is the best we’ve had yet. Thanks for hosting us!

Erin’s place was great for us. We visited with our daughter, son-in-law, and 14 month old grandson. She had all the amenities for a young child. You can literally just pack your clothes. The beach blanket was missing, and she immediately ordered one for the next day. The pool is so close and has a great shallow pool for young kids. The area around the condo is quiet and peaceful. The beautiful beach is a short drive and Erin provides everything you need! Great place to stay! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting for our grandmother’s 105th birthday! The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable bed, couch. We loved the screened in patio. It was peaceful to sit out, enjoy our meals, and family talks with our small children. We love Seabrook and how peaceful it is. We have stayed at Seabrook before, but this place is our favorite! We will definitely be booking again.

We loved our time at the Beach Club Villas! The unit was updated, clean, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Nothing beats that view of the ocean, but we were also so happy with the location and proximity to restaurants and activities. Very walkable! Will definitely be back.

Quiet, spacious home for our family. We look forward to ur next visit.

We loved it! Only thing o would recommend is a nice new grill And the AC in the room over the parking lot to work We will be back next year

Amazing location. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Perfect spot for our family of 5 to enjoy a great family vacation! We have stayed in quite a few places with our family over the years and this one ranks among the best. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also used the grill once. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the space. Hope to return to this unit again!

Beautiful home. Perfect location. Extremely clean. All you ever want to do, eat or see is walking distance. Had an Amazing time with my family. This may be the only place I ever stay for future beach vacations.

We loved the location and the home. It was the perfect place to celebrate a family birthday and the home was completely set up for entertaining with plenty of serving, cooking and eating utensils!! Plenty of beach towels, chairs and even bikes for everyone. Definitely one of the best outfitted homes we've stayed in on Folly! Bob was terrific to work with!!

The house is absolutely stunning, but the pool/hot tub situation is far from ideal. The hot tub heating system is very problematic and we spent much of the time trying to get it to work. And heating it is charged separately, which is frustration at this price point and luxury claim.

We had a great week staying here. The condo was beautifully decorated and we loved the view overlooking the lagoon. The condo is so convenient as it's only a short walk to both the pool and beach. We would definitely book here again!

Dave’s Villa was absolutely perfect and complex grounds, pool and beach access just footsteps away. Villa was spacious and clean! Bed was so comfy and very nice patio furniture on balcony! Rented bikes for the week, bike path right there. Played lots of pickleball at Palmetto Dunes pickleball courts a short drive or bike ride also walkable! We can’t wait to go back will rent this Villa again!

We are so thankful for the family Time we had at Sea La Vie! The place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 younger kids in the bunk room- great place to retreat too after a long day at the beach and pool and exploring the island! We stayed several days and were sad to leave. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and we were so excited to walk into bagels and cinnamon rolls, a stocked fridge, mimosas & wine!! Special fruits and snacks for kiddos on the counter and a beautiful clean space! What else could you ask for! I would book any of their properties again :) thanks boys!

Staying at this Airbnb was the best decision of our girls trip! Everything was so comfortable, easy and not to mention in a beautiful location. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch and made homemade food which in the kitchen which had everything. Everything was truly perfect!

Kenny’s place was just as described. The beach access and pool are just steps away out the back door. We enjoyed driving the golf cart around beautiful Fripp Island and deer watching!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo! The condo location being so close to the beach was perfect. We appreciated that this condo came equipped with everything we needed and more. The decor was nice and we loved being able to see and hear the ocean from the balcony. The pickle ball Courts were close and our family enjoyed playing daily. We also enjoyed renting bikes on property and exploring the beautiful island. I really appreciated the accurate information, instructions, and clear, quick communication!

Kathy’s place is beautiful and in an amazing location within Palmetto Dunes. Quick walk to several good restaurants, golf/driving range (which is so fun), the general store and most importantly… the beach! You really don’t have to drive or leave the community if you don’t want to, which for us was so nice with kids. The home is beautifully decorated, well kept, and spacious. Kathy herself was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would love to return soon!

This place was amazing! It was extremely clean, comfy and convenient to Freshfields. Great walking paths. Will definitely be back in the future! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.
