Excellent location on the Colorado River...perfect for fishing on the pier and easy access to East and West Matagorda Bay and offshore fishing in the gulf. Enjoy sunrise and sunset from the upstairs deck. Matagorda Beach is minutes away, and Matagorda's shops and restaurants are a quick drive. Primary bedroom has king and private bathroom with shower; second bedroom with queen; third bedroom with queen; and a large shared bathroom with shower-tub combo. No pets. No smoking.
