Monthly Rentals in Waiheke Island

Robyn was incredibly accommodating with my last-minute booking, arranging for the cleaner to arrive earlier than initially scheduled. The guests I booked on behalf of were very pleased with the property and would happily stay again.

Ben was easy to communicate with leading up to the check in. Comfortable bed, pillows, nice linen. Good position close to shops, coffee etc.

Stayed here while working on Waiheke in winter. Very comfortable, warm and spacious with everything needed. Extremely comfortable firm king size bed in the master bedroom. Good parking on a platform above the house on the roadside with a short flight of stairs down to the house. Nice outlook into the Onetangi Forest reserve. Very happy with our stay - Will definitely stay again.

The listing is privately and conveniently located and is only a short drive to the different parts of Waiheke island. It is also well equipped — we appreciated having the electric stove, heater, washer and drying rack! Although the furnishings might feel a tad bit old, the space is very comfortable and spacious for 2! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. As the listing is on the upper floor and is surrounded by huge trees so it feels as if you are perched up among the big trees. If you’re lucky, you might see a few of NZ’s native birds close up~ We saw the NZ pigeon and tui on the tree branch in front of our window. We arrived after the sun had set and it was a little hard to spot the driveway from the main road in the dark (also shows how privately & peacefully located it is), so we’d highly recommend checking in during daylight hours~
