The place was in a nice area, cozy, and very spacious. Stores and shopping like 10min drive. Walking to white sand beach was easy, about 8-10 min. Sunsets were beautiful there. I loved watching the birds everyday. It could get hot sometimes, but fans would refresh the house. Everything needed was there. Liz was very responsive and shared good information about big island. We adored staying in the Treetop getaway - I wish we could have stayed longer! The space was well-organized, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor seating was so lovely in the mornings! The beach gear that we borrowed for the day was amazing!! We felt so cozy and relaxed in this spot -- and the hosts are super friendly.

Our family had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful home on the Big Island! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from beach towels and snorkeling gear to a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying coffee with a view each morning was pure magic. The location was ideal — close enough to explore beaches, and local spots, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like a true retreat. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations and making sure our stay was seamless. We created memories here that our family will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a home away from home in paradise, this is it! Mahalo for everything — we can’t wait to return!

Pool was very nice kids loved it

Although this is a unit right below the host’s home, it fell very private and peaceful. The ground and view are amazing.

Great location we walked every day up and down the strip to different restaurants into the beach other sites Walmart, and Safeway are about a five minute drive or about a 10 minute walk Apartment was a good size in newly renovated

The place was exactly as described. The bed was comfy! The AC was awesome and was great to come back to after a long, hot day exploring Kona. I would definitely stay here if I ever have the chance to visit Kona again.

Francesca's place was the perfect home base for our visit to Hawaii! The place was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable in a peaceful neighborhood. We felt safe throughout our stay even when returning late at night. Check-in/out instructions were clear and communicated well in advance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it to anybody visiting the Big Island!

I had a wonderful stay at Lahi’s place!! It was picture perfect, great location (atleast personally to where I wanted to go), felt right at home! She was super responsive and helpful:) very clean, aesthetically pleasing place! I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again next visit!!

As we were checking out, my husband commented that Jennifer's place is one of the most comfortable Airbnb's we've ever stayed in and is the most comfortable in Hawaii (and we come to Hawaii often!). Jennifer has thought of everything to make our stay easy, relaxing and comfortable. From lamps and lights in all the right places, to plenty of hooks in the bathroom. The large walk in shower is divine. But the best was having coffee, dinner, or just hanging on the lanai with it gorgeous view, surrounded by amazing flowering plants and fruit trees. Thank you too, Jennifer, for all the fresh fruit from your garden. The only warning I can give future guests is to NOT use Google Maps to find the place. Each time we put the address in, Google Maps tried to take us down the hill on a totally different road. Go by Jennifer's written instructions.

This was a great stay for our first two nights in Kona. Place is as described. Best part about this was no chores at the end of the stay, such as taking out the trash etc. Would recommend to anyone staying!! If we ever come back we would book again.

Great small private studio! Close to beaches and restaurants and James was quick to respond to questions and made many recommendations! The pool is clean and inviting. The place is well stocked with condiments and a little gift bowl upon arrival was a special treat. Our favorite restaurant was island ono loa grill fun local place for great burgers and Kailua pork! Great choice for a place to stay these guys rock! Don’t hesitate to book here❤️

This way exactly what I needed for a 4-day stay in Kona! Check-in was a breeze and the unit was very comfortable. The view from the patio is beautiful. It’s in a good location — just a quick drive from downtown and easy access to the highway for day trips around the island. Julianne answered questions quickly and was very helpful.

Staying in Andrew’s loft was awesome. A cute space with a fantastic view!

What a wonderful place on the Big Island to explore the big island. My son (college age) loved his stay here.

Somtida is such a warm and welcoming host. She gave us many great recommendations about how to spend our time on the big island. Her house is beautiful and well kept, and the apartment we stayed in was nicely appointed, and had all that we needed. Also, the bed is soooo comfy! She made our honeymoon extra special by giving us local fruits, including her own home grown mangoes! They were so delicious! She made us feel right at home, and we would be happy to stay with her again!

We love this gorgeous home-like place with peace, cleanness, lots of amenities and easy-going owner. We definitely would live again next time visit big island.

As a family of three, we found this place comf, The pool was a nice place to cool off at the end of a hot day. We loved the Lanai and grilled some steaks one night on the common area grill. The Aloha vibe was the best part with friendly staff and tropical bird sounds. Mahalo for many our stay so special!

Sheena’s studio is awesome, very spacious for 2 people and away from all the busyness. Everything was super comfortable, especially the bed, and best of all this place has all the small essentials you need for a great stay like laundry detergent, beach gear, and shower stuff. The kitchen was also super helpful as we were able to cook our meals and we had everything we needed there. Being higher up the place never got too hot and we slept very comfortably at night with the fans. Sheena was an amazing host, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend this place for your trip to the big island.

Beautiful location/accomodations. They left some welcome goodies, wood for fire pit, beach gear, and bathroom/kitchen basics. We saw wild pigs, chickens, geckos, frogs, neighbors pony and donkey. Cozy living room, a fan in each room, nice lighting/lights indoor and out. We loved our stay. Everything was easy, 10-15 minutes to downtown Kailua-kona. About 45 minutes to Hapuna beach. 10 min from airport. Brenda and Henry are very thoughtful and kind.

This is the 4th time I have stayed here when visiting the Big Island. Each stay has been great, comfortable and enjoyable. I will be back for the 5th time (date to be determined 😀).
