Monthly Rentals in Wailea Beach

Jacques place is in a prime location and within walking distance of several beaches, shops, and places to eat. My wife and I spent a week here the home exceeded all our expectations!

Mostly good impression. Minor nit picks: TV could be larger and newer for that price. The air conditioning on the balcony from the upstairs was noisy (and in general, the unit ACs are imho on the older side of the scale) until a miracle happened and new guests above finally turned it off and then it was really quiet for the night. There was some loud construction at the neighbors on one of the days, but again, it was only for a day. Overall a good private place.

Super easy and early check in! Staff on the property were amazing! The rooms were exactly as advertised! The resort was beautiful and very well maintained! We really appreciate the host and we will be returning in the near future!

We had a great time at Maureen’s place. The location in south Kihei on the border of Wailea was ideal for us. A short walk to access lovely beaches for swimming and snorkeling and longer walks to enjoy the high-end resort beaches and shops. The condo is well designed, quiet, spacious and elegantly furnished. So often beach condos have the location but inside you cringe at what’s hanging on the walls and what you must sit on. The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals for the two weeks we spent there, and the pool and hot tub are only steps away and beautifully landscaped. We appreciated the good beach closet too -- great chairs and boogie boards. We plan to stay here again!
