If you want to have a true Hawaiian experience; you should stay at this place. Absolutely amazing views, the sea just outside your house. The apartment is well equipped and so wonderful decorated. At arrival there were some snacks and candy on the table. 😃 We enjoyed the XL balcony in the morning, enjoying the view with a cup of coffee ( coffee and tea is also provided ). And we liked it so much that there are no windows ( except the doors to the terrace) it’s all shades so you experience the ocean breeze in the house. Shower is great. Parking in front of the building. Shops and restaurants at walking distance. We are definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended.

Radoslav and Natasha were lovely hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable in their condo. We had an amazing time and can’t recommend it enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Brad & Sarah’s timeshare condo! It was a convenient location on the East side of Kauai and the property had nice amenities. We especially loved how comfortable the bed was! We will be back one day on our next trip to the island. 😊

We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

Beautiful condo in magical north shore Kauai! Our location in Princeville was perfect and so close to everything we wanted to do! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, multiple beaches and Queen’s Bath! You can also arrange to be picked up for a shuttle at the Princeville Golf course (10 minute walk) to go to Hā’ena State Park for the dreaded (and beautiful) Kalalau hike! You need to make a reservation 30 days in advance. The Princeville Plantation offers a lovely pool and BBQ area. The condo itself is very well equipped and the beach chairs, umbrella and towels are nice and new! Eric was a great guy to work with and provided a ton of info about the area. Highly recommend staying here.

Jim's place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were many amenities, including an old record player with hawaiian vinyl records. We really enjoyed that added touch. It has a great access to a beautiful sandy beach and a nice walk down Poipu Beach to Brennecke's beach to see the turtles. There are restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. We had some trouble finding the building number and the neighbor on the bottom floor paid us a visit to tell us we were walking too loudly. (Grouchy Renter) Overrall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Jim's place again.

Loved this little spot! Only downside is the parking deal but that’s Hawaii for you.

My family throughly enjoyed staying at Clelia’s condo. It was such a great space for young kids (3 & 5 yrs old) with access to the lawn right outside the patio. The beach was walkable but not too close that we were not worried about water safety. There were tons of water toys on the patio and sand toys in the hall closet. The space itself was ideal. My kids slept on the pull out couch in the living room and my husband and I had the master bedroom. We cooked in the kitchen, ate in the dining space, ate on the patio, and felt we had all the supplies that we needed to cook which was wonderful. The location of the resort is ideal. This is our third visit to Kauai and our second time in Poipu. We will not stay anywhere else in the future. The plantation property is absolutely stunning with access to the beach. The access to the resort club and pool is great amenity. The walkability to some great restaurants is so nice! Ultimately, a beautiful space that we hope to return to!

Matthew and Amie's condo at Waipouli was the perfect spot for our family of 5. First off, it was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Check-in was super easy, and Matthew was always quick to respond to any message. Next, you're steps away from the beach and large pool area, which our kids loved. For the beach, they have a closet full of everything you'll need to make it a perfect beach day for all. Great location, not far from Lihue Airport and a very walkable area with so much to offer. Pau Hana Kauai is even better in person, so don't hesitate to book this for your trip to Kauai!

Absolute paradise! The house had everything our family needed, beautiful views and the air conditioning was much appreciated on the hot days. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to great restaurants, a beautiful beach, and access to the athletic club across the street that gave our little ones fun for hours with the resort style pool. We hope to stay here again in the future! Many thanks to Derek for his friendly and proactive communications and a great stay at this beautiful spot!

This is an incredible location with beautiful pools and sandy beach. Our room service breakfasts were delicious and delivered quickly. Our dinner at Duke’s was amazing. We were a little surprised that the room had a Murphy bed. But it was easy to set up and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again,

This place was very clean and just as described! Andrew also had amenities like cooler, play pen and beach chairs/umbrella available if needed. The bed is SO comfy and I love that they also provided the large bottles for body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The location is close to the airport and close to Kapa'a!! So convenient. The check-in process was interesting - After a long day, we checked in and the front desk rep stated that they didn't have our reservation and they were booked and had no availability (which would put anyone in a frenzy!) He stated that the Airbnb host will send the front desk the reservation and they build a profile. So as I'm standing there.. confused.. I show him the booking with the suite number and they finally found it! So if this happens to you - just show them the confirmation!! After that, all was well. I would still recommend this place and I'd definitely would stay here again!

Incredible views from everywhere! Absolutely loved the quiet and beautiful surroundings. We would stay here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The north side is beautiful- we loved the mountain view from our room. The resort was great- loved the pool (which never felt too crowded!) and the beach. The walk to the beach from the room was via a pretty steep hill, but the resort did provide a golf cart shuttle service as an alternative. It was a perfect place to stay for us- we were typically off the resort exploring the island from breakfast to midday. Overall, would recommend!

We had a great stay! Very comfortable and walking distance to the beach! The pools in the complex were awesome and the location is great for everything Poipu has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay at Nathalie’s in Princeville. It was conveniently located to nearby stores, shopping, beaches, and NaPali coast. (With rental car) The bed was comfortable. The home had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We appreciated the ability to do laundry. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Communication was quick and very friendly. The “jungle trail” my words, on the property was sooo cool! We enjoyed walking through that path to get to the bluffs to enjoy the nightly sunsets. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio overlooking nature and visiting our hen, rooster and birdy friends. Chickens are everywhere in Kauai. Overall, Our stay was so quiet,Ahhh, thank you for a slice of paradise! Mahalo.

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

Amazing space, very nice interior, with a very cool (temperature) controlled shower. Easy and clear instructions on the Manuel. Overall a great stay!

Laura, the co-host, was exceptionally proactive and responsive. The accommodation exceeded its advertisement, and parking was convenient. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, the rental's location was ideal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would book again!

We had a fantastic stay! Anneliese made everything so easy. She provided super clear directions and it was so simple to check in/check out. She was friendly and communicated well. The location is very walkable to the nearby coffee shop, restaurants, and beaches. You can tell these hosts thought about all the little details like the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys. We really enjoyed it!

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

The house was great for a group! Check-in/out was keyless but couldn’t do either early or late. Didn’t hear from Jake during our stay

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!
