The apartment was beautiful! The view was exactly as the photo depicted. The place was organized, clean, and was supplied with almost everything and anything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Very comfortable condo, close to everything, walking distance to farmers market. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer.

We had an amazing stay at Allyson’s condo on the Big Island! The apartment was spotless, beautifully organized, and so thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed – it truly felt like a home away from home for the week. From the kitchen supplies to the beach gear, every detail was carefully considered and made our holiday so much more comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and we loved having such a peaceful, welcoming space to return to at the end of each day. Allyson was a fantastic host - so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Big Island - thank you for making our trip so special! The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at.

Great little spot! Close to amazing beaches, came into a clean and well-kept place, extra things like detergent, etc and they had a surprise box of chocolates for us too. The neighborhood is quiet and we didn't hear a peep from downstairs. The front patio is amazing-- great sunsets. We would stay here again. One side note - there is no A/C. Plenty of fans, but it's good to know ahead of time. Thanks for a nice stay!

I definitely would recommend this Airbnb. Eric’s willingness to solve issues immediately is very much appreciated. Had a very small hiccup at check in, but it was well worth it. I read the reviews prior to booking and it seems like he takes suggestions very seriously. There’s hotel sized shampoo/conditioner/body soap, equipment for the beaches including towels, super nice coffee machine (buy your own coffee) parking literally right outside the unit, etc. The a/c unit is so thoughtful and kept the unit nice and cool, even though the ceiling fans were enough for us.

Sally's place did not disappoint--we so enjoyed being tucked away on the Big Island. There were plenty of nearby hikes and outdoor activities. It was also incredibly easy to just stay put and relax. We used the spot to get around to various locations on the island. We also had no issues driving back at night. Super great touches we appreciated, like having water shoes, snorkeling gear, and a cooler (all things we ended up using!). Appreciated the flexibility using the shared laundry machines. Sally also proactively offered a later check out on our last day since there was no on checking in. We hadn't planned on lingering, but ended up spending a little more time with our coffee next to the pond that morning!

Absolutely amazing experience at this beautiful place! So clean and the property is beautiful. You can tell Lola & Vitaly have put in a lot of work to update their space. There are so many amenities and extras they have thoughtfully provided to make their guests feel at home. We particularly enjoyed the beach equipment and the well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the comfy and well lit lanai for dinners and for bird watching in the mornings. Very responsive and helpful hosts, thank you for sharing your home with our family!

We knew this resort from before so we purposely tried to find a condo at this location. The property location is fantastic, situated in a gated community, very peaceful and safe, beautiful surroundings, 15 minutes walk to the beach, or if a quick drive with provided gate fob. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would want during your stay, the grill in the patio works great and is the best way to prepare a few dinners. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and everything works well. The patio is great, we used it when ever we were at home, it is very crazy with a very nice view of palms and beautiful vegetation and many birds and mongooses that run around. The garage is as described, tight fit for a large vehicle but we managed to get our mini van inside. They have a great selection of snorkel gear, we brought our own but knowing this next we would not. A beautiful space that we very much enjoyed and would definitely come back on our next visit. The host great!

We loved our stay. It was a quiet area, with beautiful scenery and everything we needed in the home. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make meals, with a big grocery store nearby. Appreciated the big washer and dryer in the house too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Michael’s place was our home for a month & provided an excellent set up to explore the communities of Hawi and Kapa’au. He was an excellent host and communicator & an all around wonderful person. We were staying in the downstairs unit which was a studio setup with a very comfortable queen bed & a sliding glass door to the outdoors. We borrowed a little table & chairs from the laundry room to create a patio sitting area for us. The bathroom was large with excellent hot water in the shower. The kitchen refrigerator was full sized & the kitchen was fully stocked w/ everything we needed to prepare meals. Michael arranged for a mid-stay clean which we appreciated. Ultimately we were very comfortable for our month in Hawi and would love to stay there again, just be aware that this is the downstairs unit and if the upper unit is rented you will likely hear them.

The home was perfect for me, my 2 teenage daughters and grandma! Plenty of space, 3 bathrooms and close to many things! We would definitely stay here again!

Greg was great to work with. He is prompt with his replies and did whatever he could to make our stay pleasant. I highly recommend working with him. My wife mentioned the listing showed the house close to the pool and water, it was about a 1/3 of a mike walk, which was fine for us. Thanks for everything, we would recommend this place to friends and family.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very spacious and perfect for our group of 6. The balcony view was breathtaking which made us want to stay and eat dinners at home. The location was ideal for visiting the beach, taking a boat trip to manta rays and visiting Waipeo valley.

Lava lounge was extremely convenient and close to Kona downtown and captain cook area. The space was clean, spacious studio and very cozy. Highly recommend for your stay in Kona.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The host was very responsive and super helpful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our family of 5. Very good location for a conference at the nearby center. Pretty landscaping all around the property. Helpful employees. Perfect accommodations, air conditioners worked great, and very nice rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to Kona's main attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants, which made exploring the area so convenient. Erika provided crystal-clear check-in instructions, making our arrival completely hassle-free. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully prepared with a well-stocked kitchen that included all the essentials - cooking oil, condiments, quality pots and pans, and more. These thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

While the roosters, frogs, and road noise were louder than expected, the provided ear plugs helped and the stay was comfortable. Kathy gave a nice tour of the property. We made good use of the snorkel gear at Two Step Beach, which is right down the hill and is considered the best snorkeling on the island. Hot tub was great and private. We appreciated the fresh fruit from the property every day. Tina’s bakery stand at the bottom of the driveway was incredible!

We immediately felt right at home and welcomed by Regina and Scott. From the well organized binder of information to every amenity one might need, this is THE place to spend a week. When not running out to the sites on the Big Island, this property will meet all your needs. The room was quiet and had easy access. We could easily walk to town or have dinner on our private lanai while watching the sunset. When the staff blows the conch shells at sunset, all will be right in your world.

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, quiet and decorated beautifully. Loved the taco shop across the street. Also loved the farmers market across the street. The unit was well stocked with everything you need as far as cooking or a beach day. High quality toiletries were provided as well. I felt like the unit was even more spacious than the pictures. We came for my little sisters wedding and this was just the perfect little home away from home. Comfy beds, nice tvs, beautiful lanai. Just a short drive down to downtown. Great location. Angela is an incredible host! She is very accommodating and has a clean, well-designed home. The in-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus! 10/10 stay would recommend!!

Host was great at communicating how to check in, and checking in if I needed anything. Good location and walkable to small beach & farmers market. Probably need car/uber to reach coffee shop/restaurants/downtown. Having pool access was a plus. Apartment was clean, nicely furnished, cozy & had all the supplies you may need when traveling (towels, chairs, laundry, insulated cups)

Truly an oasis! Dana and Gregory are wonderful hosts and Rivendell was one of our favorite Air BnB stays. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked, the bed was so comfortable, and the hot tub was very well-maintained and heated quickly. Now for the best part! The landscaped property and waterfall made for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. We wished we were staying longer. Mahalo for the perfect weekend stay! We will be back!

The best AirBnB home we've stayed so far. The home is located in a beautiful resort community close to shops and beaches. It is well decorated, generously stocked with all the necessities and is very clean. We especially loved the view outside the living room. We felt that staying in this beautiful home greatly enhanced our overall Hawaii experience.
