Outstanding cottage, home from home, very comfortable with everything you would ever need. We felt very welcome, lots of little extra touches and even home baking, eggs and fruit. Dogs well catered for with their treats too. Easy to get around, definitely recommend hiring a boat from wroxham and food at the lighthouse inn. Can walk to village and coastal path beach easily. Great weekend in a beautiful place with great hosts . Wish I could give it more than 5 stars 🤩

Lovely cottage in stunning rural surroundings situated minutes from stunning beaches (Cart gate, Happisburgh & Walcott) and less than 10 minutes from larger amenities. Host was friendly & helpful, well appointed accomidation with light airy bedrooms & cosy open plan living space with great size enclosed court yard style garden. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in the caravan. It was cosy and soon felt like home. The beach and lighthouse are wonderful and the site is so peaceful. We’d definitely stay again. Be warned there is no signal so make your plans and look up places to visit in advance although there are lots of maps and guides provided.

My wife and I had a mini bread of 4 days in the cottage. The cottage was delightful, it was well equipped and the Victoriana theme was great. Liz left a lovely welcome pack which was there to greet us on our late arrival. Liz also checked in on us later to make sure everything was in order. The cottage is very well placed in the village close to the village church and within walking distance of the beach. We had lovely stay and would not hesitate to have a return trip.
