It is a quick drive or Uber to downtown, Frazier Ave & everything you can think of! You’ll love my place because of its close proximity to everything, yet it's a safe, quiet & cozy area w/ nice walking, views of Signal Mountain & tons of natural light! It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & furry friends (pets).

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1934 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.
