Built by a naturopath, it has been preserved unchanged in its character and carefully renovated. Very close are Titisee, Badeparadies Schwarzwald, a golf course, the Hinterzarten and Feldberg ski slopes. Hiking trails, cycling and mountain bike tours and a cross-country trail start right at the house. The place is for couples, families with children and anyone looking for peace and relaxation in nature.

The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.
