Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

Embedded in the untouched nature, on the edge of a forest, the KernAlm is a special spot of originality. In the morning you are awakened by birdsong and the first warm rays of the sun shining through the window, and in the evening no sound disturbs a peaceful sleep. A vacation resort without constraints, for self-catering.

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

The bathroom, equipped with modern amenities, includes a shower set within the original historical arch of the house, adding unique character to the space. Vítám Vás v tomto prostorném a klidném ubytování. Domeček se nachází v zahradě plné květin, stromů, jahodníků, hortenzií, motýlů a zpěvného ptactva. Sdílet s námi budete zahradu. Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!

Idyllic cottage in the Waldviertel

Perfect accommodation for quiet and relaxing days in the dreamy Waldviertel. Two donkeys, a couple of chickens, and two ducks can be observed daily from the garden of the property. In less than 15 minutes by car, Lake Ottenstein invites you to swim or the Ottenstein golf course with restaurant to enjoy. Inn culture, castles, palaces and local businesses are very close.

Beautiful landscape and nature. *Info July/August: from 28-31.07 and 25-29.08. a music group rehearses at the farm, they play in the barn behind the house. They can be heard during the day.*
