We’ve stayed at this location twice and have had great stays both time! The house is so cozy and has all the essentials needed for a mini getaway. We love that is pet friendly and also so clean and cozy! The host is thoughtful and responsive! Would recommend and will stay again 💕

Lisa is a top notch hostess! We mistakenly arrived a day early! I know, how is that even possible, right? 😂 We made a mistake lol! We were in town to celebrate of 5th wedding anniversary. Lisa was so sweet! She tried to help us find a place to stay nearby. The home was very clean and accommodating. Great location. We even walked a little over a mile to town to have ice cream. 🍨Our pups loved being able to romp and play in the yard. Lisa was very responsive during our entire stay. We usually come to Holland a couple of times a year and will definitely try to stay at Tulip Cottage during future visits. Thank you Lisa for making our stay a beautiful one. Blessings to you! What a great stay! Peaceful and the perfect get away while still being close to anywhere we wanted to go. The hot tub was a huge plus as well! Highly recommend staying here. Nathaniel was friendly and communicative, and we had any and everything we needed during our stay.

This is our second time staying at one of Joshua's properties in Saugatuck -- such a great location! An easy walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the downtown area for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We were able to check in early, which we really appreciated, and the space was clean and cozy. Joshua was very communicative and made us feel comfortable. We'll be back again next year!

Beautiful home. We were very pleased staying here. We think it was a little pricy for 2 days but that could be because of the location or special events in the area. We had a group and split cost so it was not so bad! Super easy check in and the hosts were VERY responsive and made things very easy. If im ever staying in the area again, i would definitely be a return customer!

Beautiful home, peaceful, quiet, clean and private setting. We enjoyed our stay so much, felt right at home. Well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Me, my husband, two boys and our dog had a wonderful stay. Hot tub was so nice, the game room was awesome for my boys. Brian was a great host. This has topped our list of stays. Would love to come back and stay again sometime.

Saugatuck is a darling town and Robyn’s condo made it even more delightful. Wonderful neighborhood, very walkable to shops, restaurants and the water!

Tam’s place was perfect for our large family of 9! Lots of space and entertainment for the kids. The pool was great and had lots of waters toys. The location was also great quiet neighborhood and many near by stores and restaurants. Tam was very attentive and responded quickly for any of our questions. Wonderful stay!

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

One of the best Air BnBs I’ve rented! Place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had kids of all ages and there were a lot of games indoor and outdoor for all of them plus the adults too! The bounce house, pool, and hot tub were used all weekend by everyone and the deck is perfect for hanging out. Drove out to Silver Lake and took some rides around the sand dunes, which was an easy 1 1/2 hr drive from the house. We even used the pizza oven and it was fantastic. The cherry on top was that the day of checkout we didn’t have to strip the beds, start the laundry, sweep/vacuum, and other things Air BnBs usually want done when you’re also paying a hefty cleaning fee!! This place was worth every penny and would not hesitate to book here again.

The apartment is so cute and well furnished. The area can be a little nerve wracking if you’ve never visited down town areas but we always felt safe and it was a good spot right outside of all of the thrift stores or bars. We traveled all over and just used it for sleeping but the apartment was cozy and we always found ourselves turning in early to crash on the couch. Good stay, would do again!

This place was SO nice for the price and especially the location!! not to mention the huge relaxing hot tub on the property. wish i could have stayed longer!!

This is a great house on a quiet street. It is located in a safe neighborhood close to all of the attractions we planned to visit on our trip - John Ball Zoo, Fredrick Meijer Gardens, Farmers Market, Meyer Mays - Frank Lloyd Wright home. As a bonus there was an ice cream and mini golf spot walking distance from the house. It was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The house had lots of room for gathering and sleeping and plenty to do in the yard. We took advantage of the fire pit, hot tub, deck and lawn games. The yard had beautiful flowers and plants and bird feeders. We saw wild deer and turkeys from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, plenty of towels which we appreciated. The host was super responsive, we received great instructions prior to check in and Lila was quick to answer our questions. This is a home I would stay at again.

Jennifer's place was as described and was very responsive when asked. It was comfortable for my colleagues and I.

What a relaxing weekend we had. The neighborhood was quiet and we saw deer and turkey everyday. There was a trail just up the road and we loved having the fenced yard for our pups. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house is as described in the listing and was very comfortable with amazing decor. Super close to lots of great restaurants.

Kristen's downtown bungalow in GR was a perfect set up for our family with 5 adults, 2 children and 2 pets. So wonderful that they allowed our furry family to join us! That can be hard to find! The location was only blocks from downtown and made for easy access to all the restaurants, bars and events we were attending. The bungalow, was so cute and very clean! It had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out was an easy simple process and minimal to do's before we left. Kristen checked in with us often to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. Our family had a wonderful weekend in GR and many thanks to our hosts for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful City.

Super nice hosts, clean & comfy spot, and nicely nestled between the tree line and prairie! Would be very pretty in the fall. Visible to nearby houses so probably best for quiet groups.

The house is so nice and the location of the house and the view of the lake from the back deck is beautiful ! Will definitely be going back.

Loved our stay for a quick trip to the area! Location was great, easy access to the highway making travel to nearby towns quick and convenient. The house was clean and private, huge backyard space and being fully fenced in was great for traveling with our dog. Amenities like laundry detergent, a stocked kitchen, and bathroom toiletries were great to have as well. Great place!

We had the best time at The Gambrel; the perfect multi-generational getaway! Johnny and Michelle have literally thought of everything you could possibly need. The house is the perfect distance away to be private yet convenient. Any tiny question we had was answered within minutes. The area is safe, quiet, and serene. Lots of areas for multiple families to congregate but also have privacy within the home. Every detail has been thought of and the primary bedroom showerhead is to die for! I will be dreaming of this vacation home and will definitely return!
