The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or even by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the HH, overlooking the countryside. Cozy apartment in the attic of a very well-maintained apartment building. There is a bed and a sofa bed as well as a kitchenette and a large bathroom with shower. Right in front of the house is a parking space for a car. The old town, the castle, the cathedral and the train station are within walking distance. Other excursion destinations such as Lake Geiseltal are quickly accessible by car or by bicycle. A crib and highchair are also available.

Vom Bahnhof in Röblingen läuft man 10 min zur Wassermühle und dort im großen Garten steht der Bauwagen. Die Wassermühle Röblingen kann man auch im Netz suchen und man findet auf der gleichnamigen Seite auch noch einige Informationen zur Mühle und zum Grundstück. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang, der führt etwas provisorisch durch einen Bauzaun mit einem Vorhängeschloss und dann seht ihr ihn schon auf der Wiese stehen. Dahinter plätschert der Bach.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
