Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

The whole apartment was renovated in 2020 and furnished in a modern country house style. The location on the outskirts and the many windows allow a view of fields, forest and meadows and on clear nights you can admire a special starry sky here. A large, lovingly designed garden, outdoor seating and lockable storage for bicycles are available.

In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 ha. Coupling directly on the car. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.
