If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

The 100 m² apartment on the 1st floor offers you two cozy bedrooms with double beds (140 cm and 180 cm), a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony with panoramic views of the countryside. Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

The property is located in the former 110 m² commercial part and spacious tiled area. From there you have a sheltered view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses.
