Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Walsall

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

Very clean and comfy. Plenty of space and Soren couldnt of been easie to deal with, definitely stay again.

I only have good things to say about this place! We felt right at home and Mikaela was very helpful and flexible with the check in. We loved our stay and we would be very happy to come back.

Had a great stay. Iwona is a fantastic host. The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. It was beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Check in and check out were very easy and very clearly communicated. We loved the little touches such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets/cleaning materials. This is a perfect apartment to use if you want to spend a few days in the city. Everything in terms of restaurants, theatres and the train station is all walkable. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was really cozy and spotless! There was plenty of room. I would recommend staying here if you are on business travel and need a place with easy access.

Excellent Airbnb! Within walking distance from Gas Street. The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and very clean. Beds could use an upgrade, however, we slept okay. Kids loved the mini pool table. Was a bonus. Host very friendly!

Would definitely book again, the layout is amazing, rooms are a great size, and for the price it made it more than worth it!!! The only incoveince is that you have to go to the shop to pick up the keys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed for the second time at this property will be returning again next year

We stayed for one night so we could visit the nearby Cosford Airshow. The accomodation was very clean & spacious for the three of us. The location was quiet & peaceful, with parking on the drive. There are many nearby pubs, restaurants & takeaways if you wish to go out rather than do your own cooking. Terence & Marie always replied promptly & positively to any messages & I would definetly book this property again.

Tim was an excellent host who left the property in outstanding condition for us. We enjoyed the stay so much and would highly recommend Tim’s place to anyone considering. It was well worth the cost and somewhere we’d definitely visit again.

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Newly arrived in Birmingham, this place made it feel like home. Everything you can need in a home was available. Jennifer was so nice and always quick to respond. One of the best experiences I’ve had ever. Everything is modern just like the photos. Kitchen is fully equipped which makes it easier for a longer stay. Place overall was awesome and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you.

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Another good stay in Moseley. The apartment is a good size, well proportioned and clean, just right for two people.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Great place to stay, close to the city centre. Mo was responsive when needed. Will definitely be booking again!
