Hof Seewind vacation apartment - right on the North Sea

Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

Our renovated detached vacation home is located on a private road, excluding through traffic and in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Up to 4 people can be accommodated here on about 75 m² of living space with a living-dining area and 2 bedrooms. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace and the garden with about 300 m² of property. Through the completely fenced property you can let your children play and the dog run freely. Behind the house flows directly the canal "Wasserlöse"

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place with lots of things to do. The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

The terrace overlooking the large garden offers the possibility for sunbathing. Free Wi-Fi and car parking spaces are also available.

€75 will be charged for the first guest, and €25 for each additional guest. The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Spacious flat in the heart of Oldenburg

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!

Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

You will stay on the first floor of the villa with 120 m² of living space in high rooms in the exclusive ambience of a modernly designed villa with historic furniture from the Gründerzeit period. The villa is located 5 km from the center of Emdens on the Emsdeich near the Petkumer Deichvorland conservation area. Why not end a long dike walk with a cozy evening with friends by the fireplace!

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Apartment 2 on the ground floor is about 52 sqm and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a nice kitchen, a living room and a furnished terrace. From the large eat-in kitchen you have direct access to the terrace and garden. Your suitcases, etc. can be stored in a separate storage room. It is only 400 m to the beach You are welcome to bring your own bed linen or you can rent it from our property management on site.

Tiny House on the lake - Visit Cux Glamping

Enjoy the beautiful view right on the lake. The 18 m² cottage has an equipped kitchen with a seating area, induction stovetop, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator. It has a 1.40 x 2 meter double bed (linen included), a sofa bed and toilet with sink. Access is via a 10 m long staircase and a jetty. The terrace has garden furniture and a parasol. Our sanitary building is located directly at the parking lot. Wi-Fi included.

Welcome to my modern country house, lovingly renovated in 2022. Wooden floors, a cozy fireplace, and a natural stone countertop create a warm atmosphere. Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. Relax in the bathtub after a day of adventure or explore the surroundings with our bicycles – the perfect place to unwind and relax!
