We rent the modernly equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and 5 sleeping options (+ 1 cot) in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house, the Oldendorfer Tannen (a small piece of forest) begins and directly afterwards the Warnow. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both are comfortably within 10 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. A late check-in after 11 pm is possible after prior arrangement via a key locker.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. We rent a small, cozily furnished apartment on the first floor of a townhouse on the Berlin-Copenhagen bike path. It is close to several lakes with swimming areas, boat rentals, restaurants, a swimming pool, wildlife park, a historic city center with theater, cinema, cathedral, church and Renaissance castle. This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably originally built for the teacher in 1815. It contains one bedroom, another sleeping chamber under the roof (only bookable in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping chamber under the roof can only be reached via a steep staircase. The chamber can be heated via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.
