I love the place and location i would rent it everytime im in town

David was a wonderful host! The picture and amenities were just as described. The location is an A+ if you are planning to do things in different parts of town. It is perfectly located in walking distance to the French Quarter, the WWII museum, Magazine Street and the street car to the Garden District. The apartment/condo building is new, quiet and has a 24hour front desk security person. The building was super quiet and the bedroom was spacious and very clean. There many places within a few blocks to eat and we never waited longer than 2 minutes for an Uber. This is not a loud part of town. I would highly recommend both David and this location if you want new, clean and centrally located!

It was close to downtown, very accessible, and convenient. It does get a bit noisy as it is close to the highway so I would recommend for short vacations.

Great neighborhood and super kind hosts! The place is small and the kitchen takes some getting used to but if you don’t have a lot of things with you this place is perfect. The street parking is always easy to get.
