This is an absolutely prime location 2 blocks east of Main Street and 2 blocks west of State Street. The condo is above the Blue Nile restaurant at the corner of Fifth Avenue & Washington Streets. The Big House is only 1.2 miles away. This historic building was built by in 1868 where it served as a meat market with the family residence being above it (where this condo is now). The entire building was remodeled in 2002 and this condo was remodeled again in 2018.
