Richard's place was the perfect place to stay when I was in Ann Arbor for my daughter's graduation. Richard was very friendly and professional and the location can't be beat. I would absolutely stay there again.

Martha's place is much better than a hotel, in every possible way. Beautiful light from all the windows, comfy bed, charming neighborhood with lovely homes, walkability into town, and a truly peaceful vibe all around. I hope we can come back some day!

We enjoyed our stay at Bri's place. It was quiet and an easy drive to events on campus. Bri was responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions.

Elizabeth's place very nice, cute, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. Peaceful haven for sure! Neighborhood was nice and walkable. Nice park not far from the house in the forest nice trails. Close to restaurants and UM. I had a nice time and Elizabeth is great person I enjoyed our conversation. She is very active in her community.

If you’re looking to book this place congrats you just found a hidden gem. The offsite parking is realistically about 4 minutes away. Aside from this everything is perfect. Fun place put together close to all the attractions of Main Street. For a past graduate stopping into town for some nostalgia this place was perfect. Don’t second guess it, book it!

My family enjoyed our stay! The unit is spacious and has everything we need for a comfortable week-long stay. Communication was easy and clear. Location is perfect; not too close or too far from all the actions happening in downtown . Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place in Ann Arbor!

We've stayed at 4M's properties several times over the last few years of visiting Ann Arbor and always enjoy them. The 4M Team is super responsive and pleasant to work with. Their properties are nice and comfortable, in good locations. The only reason I gave this specific experience a lower rating for the value was that it was graduation weekend, when all prices are jacked up. I've always found their rates reasonable and competitive on "normal" weekends. Graduation weekend rates pack a punch no matter who you rent from, but it is unfortunate. Aside from that, I highly recommend 4M.

Apt was brand new inside with a beautiful kitchen. Easy access with parking spot and short distance to many Ann Arbor spots. Marius was easily accessible if needed. I would definitely rent here again!

Highly recommend! Adorable and extremely spacious Airbnb. The comfy furniture made us feel right at home as well. And the hosts were super forthcoming and responsive. Would book again at any time.

Sara was quick to responding to our concerns and able to rectify all issues. The apartment was very clean although smaller than I thought but comfortable. Easy access to the laundry room. That was a bonus to us and utilized! We could have used more towels, kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen, they had everything we could have wanted or needed. Thank you, Sara, for being a great host.

My wife and I stayed one night and it was perfect for us. In a very walkable area and many things to do less than a ten minute walk. Our host was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to AA for a night or two!

Perfect for what I needed while staying to attend a conference. The suite was clean, quiet and private. There were a couple issues, but Drew was quick to resolve them. I would stay here again!

The guest house was beautiful and very inviting. We saw a few deer on the property and had a very relaxing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

This was a great Airbnb for University of Michigan graduation weekend. I loved hearing the frogs outside when I would get back from Ann Arbor at night. It was very relaxing. Only a 30 minute drive to campus on heavy traffic times.

Had a wonderful stay at Deborah’s. Quiet, peaceful, serene, lots of wildlife! Accommodations were very clean, comfortable, you had everything you need. Deborah was a wonderful hostess, we would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

Overall, we had a great experience! It was just as described. Meredythe was very hospitable and accommodating. I appreciated her making me and my guests feel at home. I really enjoyed kayaking on the beautiful lake. Also the adorable pups were a bonus to our stay ❤️ I would recommend booking it out🙂

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.
