This beautiful new luxury vacation villa with covered lounge area (2025) is practically located in the Drents Friese Wold, next to a golf park and an outdoor swimming pool is 200 m away. The forests are within walking distance. Around the house is a spacious green garden with terraces where you can enjoy the day/evening. In addition, there is a shed for bicycles, etc. There is ample parking on the property. There are 3 toilets and 2 luxuriously furnished bathrooms. The box spring beds are 220 long. Energy neutral

Aan de rand van het Appelschaster bos vind je dit moderne fijne vakantiehuis met grote tuinkamer. Een unieke plek met alle faciliteiten. Het verblijf is voorzien van ruime keuken met vaatwasser, koffiezet apparaat en combi magnetron. Het verblijf heeft vloerverwarming, airco, bar met tap en boxspring bedden. Prima audio en tv is aanwezig met Netflix. Hiernaast een 6 persoons jacuzzi waar het hele jaar gebruik van kan worden gemaakt. Restaurants, midgetgolf, pretpark Duinenzathe op loop afstand.

Gastenverblijf "De Bisschops' Stee"

++++Wegens persoonlijke omstandigheden gesloten tot nader bericht.+++++ Ons woonhuis is een voormalig bedrijfspand en had nogal wat ruimte over. Waar voorheen de winkel-/kantoorruimtes met klantentoilet waren, hebben wij in de loop van 2019 een slaapkamer, woonruimte met kitchenette ( koffie- en thee voorzieningen/koelkastje) en toilet/douche gerealiseerd. De winkelentree is nu een privé-ingang voor ons gastenverblijf. Ontbijt bestellen is mogelijk, dit is niet bij de basisprijs inbegrepen.

Geniet van de prachtige, natuurrijke omgeving van deze romantische accommodatie. Een knus 2pers bed met opberg ruimte boven het voeteneind. Keuken met 3pits gastel, koelkast met vriesvak, Een zitje met 2 fauteuils en een gashaard voor de koudere dagen. Een barretje waar je aan kunt ontbijten of eventueel werken. Overdekte buiten bar met uitzicht over de landerijen en het bos. De badkamer bevind zich in de oude stookhut voorzien van inloop douche, wc en wastafel. Kortom camperen met luxe!

As can be seen in the photos, there is a shed behind the house. This will not bother you, there is little to no movement and certainly not at night.
