Nestled amongst towering magnolia trees this home is conveniently located in the quirky fishing village of Thunderbolt. The historic town sits along the Wilmington river and is a 5 min. drive to historic downtown Savannah and a 15 min. drive to Tybee Island (the beach). The home has just undergone a complete renovation. The professionally designed interior offers an artistic delight around every corner.

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Half House Savannah

Laid back guest house located close to the marsh and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Quiet locale with private entrance, large yard and small but cozy interior that includes a queen bed, desk and kitchenette area. Nestled under a grand live oak, the Half House is home to many birds and a barred owl that often takes residence upon the branches. Laundry avail too. The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
